Running SAS v5.4 for Red Hat 7.2, some programs
crash mistereously. Anything wrong with the SAS?
The SAS binaries corresponding to Red Hat 7.2
exhibit serious problems with
memory leakage, which are at the moment under investigation. The access
to the SAS Red Hat 7.2 version on the public ftp area is disabled
as long as a solution is not
found. Red
Hat 7.2 users should install the SAS using the binaries for
Red Hat 7.1, which are properly working.
