Dear , 
I would like to know whether or not I can see the quantum efficiency for data 
with pattern grater that 1 . If not then does sas use the information  for
patterns 
grater than 1 in order to perform some spesific tasks such as arfgen or
eexpmap.
I have the impression that at least for the second case the exposure map should

be different according to the specified patterns range..

"calview":

 "View" --> "QuantumEfficiency" --> "6"

This is true only for MOS instrument if you try EPN
then produces the following error The error code was: illegal Patternld
Illegal pattern ID 3 in selecting quantum efficiency curve -legal range is 
 0-1 

Could you  please tell if this is normal and furthermore if in PN analysis 
the QE for patterns 2,3... are taken under consideration?

Dear Thanassis,

 the QE CCF pn costituents indeed contain information on the
quantum efficiency only for singles and doubles events. "calview"
errouneusly shows the whole range of PATTERNS (0-31) if the pn
instrument is selected.

 The response matrix generators in SASv5.2 deal only with pn
single events. Matrices with any combinations of patterns will
be able to be generated only starting from SASv5.3.
