Subject: epatplot query

Submission from: (NULL) (152.78.195.209)

Hello,

I am trying to look at the pileup in some datasets using the XMM Threads (ObsID
0400920101). When I plot the epatplot results, I don't see any data but I do see
a model on the .ps file. However, it does display the numbers for singles and
doubles respectively:
PN: 0.981+-0.060 and 1.045+-0.092
I'm not sure why the data is not displaying also, are there any reasons why this
may be the case? We tried filtering the energy from 0.5 to 2keV to see if this
would show any data, but it did not.

Kind regards,

David

Dear David,

Does this happens to you when analyzing other data? If yes it
could be due to some installation or set-up problem/incompatibility,
we would need you to send us the full log of your session
with all the commands performed to try to reproduce the problem.
Please also inform us which machine and operating system
you are using.

Best regards,

Nora
